My name is Calvin Lai and I am the managing director of Belle Property Adelaide City and Belle Property Norwood. I operate a multi faceted real estate business. My business is supported by the strength of the national and international Belle Property network to deliver a unique boutique real estate service that has been expertly tailored to cater for Adelaide and South Australia. Since making the move to join the Belle Property network in September 2016, we continue to increase our presence within the South Australian real estate market, constantly progressing and expanding operations. Our multi-brand office successfully incorporates the commercial, residential, and international brands within our services, offering a complete suite of services and capabilities to our clients. Our business is highly regarded in the Asian community due to our ability to service local and international clients, some of whom are non English speaking. What do you want to get out of the Club?
I hope to assist with growing the state’s international connections in our effort to showcase our fabulous State to the world and generate future trade and investment opportunities. In return it would be fantastic to grow my business connections.
What can you contribute?
In my day to day dealings I am frequently in touch with overseas clients who are looking to invest and live in Adelaide. I am well versed with the customs and rituals of dealing with the Asian market. I would be only too pleased to assist other members by offering strategic advice in relation to dealing with Asian clients and I am also able to assist members who are looking to connect into Asian.
